Where's the Crab Rangoon?
There's nothing worse than going to a seafood expo and not finding the traditional Crab Rangoon. Kidding! But it's no joke that some exhibitors didn't have any samples of the popular crab dish. Nevertheless, we were able to taste some amazing new creations from companies all over the world. From spicy tuna sushi to smoked salmon dip, the options were endless.

When in Boston, Eat Lobster!
If you attend the International Boston Seafood Show and don't try lobster, did you even attend? With vendors from Maine to Boston, we got to try lobster in all its forms - bisque, rolls, tacos, and even on a pizza. But it wasn't just about the lobster. We discovered unique seafood dishes like salmon jerky and fish hot dogs. One of our favorite finds was cod tongues, which tasted like a cross between calamari and fish and chips.

What's a Seafood Show Without a Little Fun?
The International Boston Seafood Show wasn't just about tasting new dishes, we also got to have a little fun. From the crab hat photobooth to mermaid swag, the expo had it all. We even caught a giant blow-up lobster at one of the booths. But it wasn't just about the gimmicks. We were able to learn about sustainable fishing methods and the importance of knowing where our seafood comes from.

Seafood So Good, You'll Want to Sing!
It's hard to narrow down our favorite dishes from the International Boston Seafood Show, but we've narrowed it down to our top twelve. From raw oysters covered in gold flakes to uni (sea urchin) crostini, the show offered a variety of creative seafood dishes. We loved the Seafood Stuffed Wafer Cones and the Clam Chowder Popcorn, both twists on classic seafood dishes. And who could forget the Lobster Ice Cream? Yes, you read that right - lobster flavored ice cream. It's definitely an acquired taste!

Seafood You'd Never Expect
At the International Boston Seafood Show, we discovered some unique seafood options that we never knew existed. From salmon burgers to scallop dumplings, we were blown away by the variety of dishes. We even tried caviar for the first time, which was surprisingly delicious. But the standout dish had to be the swordfish pastrami. Who knew swordfish could be cured like pastrami and taste so amazing? We highly recommend trying it if you ever get the chance.
